Wade Hayes To release A New CD

On April 21, Wade Hayes will officially release Place To Turn Around, a well-crafted collection of eleven songs, nine penned by Hayes, that is guaranteed to make the wait worthwhile. The new album includes some outstanding musical arrangements with edgy undertones and, luckily for the listener, it is not without the tender touch that helped send Hayes to the top of the charts on previous projects.

Hayes, an accomplished singer, songwriter, and musician, has spent the last ten years preparing for the release of this album and he is extremely proud of the end result. It will come as no surprise to his longtime fans that, he says, staying true to his country roots was not something he had to work hard to do. After the first listen, the nights spent in honky tonks, and the countless hours on the road, are evident in the composition and delivery of each song. Like every great songwriter, song content was drawn from personal life experiences
and incorporated with what was witnessed while touring across the country, so the album is filled with an immeasurable variety of life lessons.

Fans will find it difficult to choose one stand out track on the album but Hayes says "What's A Broken Heart For You," which he wrote with Michael White, is at the top of his favorite list. "I really love this song. I was talking to my mom; she's a very religious person, she was talking to me about a way she prayed. Her words knocked around in my brain for almost a year and a half before I finally wrote the song and I'm really proud of the way it turned out."

Hayes is certainly no stranger to country radio or country music charts. When your debut single goes to number one and the Country Music Association names you "Top New Male Vocalist," well, your destiny is predetermined. It doesn't hurt that he has managed to rack up an impressive amount of solid hits in the years since. Most recently, when he isn't busy promoting the new album, Hayes has
been touring as the lead guitarist with Randy Owens, former lead singer for Alabama.

After a brief hiatus, Wade Hayes is back and better than ever! He says "It's really good to be back out playing on my own again. I am really excited about this project, and I cannot wait to see what the future has in store for me."

Place to Turn Around, which had a limited release last year, is now available via WadeHayes.com, iTunes and at Wade's live shows.
