Richie Fields Gives Fans Free Dose of Inspiration

Richie Fields Gives Fans Free Dose Of Inspiration Via

Download New Single, "When You Love Someone That Much," July 6 -19

Nashville, TN (July 6, 2009) --- Country rocker Richie Fields gives his fans a free dose of inspiration in the July 13 issue of Country Weekly, when he offers up his latest emotionally-charged single, "When You Love Someone That Much" via the magazine's popular Listen Up! feature. The song is available for two weeks as a free download from the magazine's website(www.countryweekly.com ) from July 6 through July 19. The track is the first release from Fields' upcoming CD, due out later this year.

"Folks are really responding to this song at radio and at our live shows," says the distinctive, baritone-voiced entertainer. "Everyone automatically thinks 'ballad' when they hear the title, but this song just drives from the very first note." Written by Chip Martin and Jan Linville, the track is an up-tempo tribute to love, faith and strength in the face of adversity, and was produced by veteran hit maker, J. Gary Smith (Lonestar, Andy Griggs) and associate producer, Clif Doyal.

In addition to writing and searching for songs for his upcoming CD, Fields' summer is a busy one, with tour dates stretching from the East Coast to the Colorado Rockies.

Richie was a "hit" at this year's CMA Music Fest, signing autographs for hundreds of fans at the Roughstock, VAULT, Digital Rodeo and Music City Zone booths, as well as filming interviews with the Pentagon Channel, Hit Country TV, Country Home, True Country GoTV Networks and Country Music Tattletale. Country Weekly readers were first introduced to Fields last month in the magazine's Who's New feature.

AristoVideo and Travis Television Productions Announce DownCast Service

Companies Form Strategic Alliance to Offer Video Content Production and Distribution Service

(Nashville, TN - July 6, 2009) AristoVideo and Travis Television Productions have announced the formation of a strategic alliance that bundles the two companies' specialized video services into one consolidated package, named DownCast.

The arrangement integrates broadcast-quality video content with a distribution network that services an extensive list of radio, television, national and regional video programs, newspapers, trade publications, celebrity and entertainment shows, wire services, closed-circuit partners, global outlets and a full range of online destinations.

"This is a service that has been in development between AristoVideo and Travis Television since the beginning of the year," says AristoVideo Senior Vice President Craig Bann. "We feel like this alliance is a natural marriage between two companies that have a proven history of success in the entertainment industry. From download to broadcast, DownCast will provide clients with top-notch, professional video content that is created and then distributed in a format that is already prepared for streaming and broadcast use."

In addition to its video delivery mechanism, DownCast is designed to provide outlets with easily accessible tour press materials and a variety of content in advance of album releases. Outlets are notified electronically as new assets are uploaded. The system provides on-demand access to video content, digital photos, audio clips and press materials as needed on a secure, password-protected server.

"Thanks to our years of network television experience, we are extremely proud to offer entertaining and informative packages that can tell an artist's story in a matter of minutes," says TTV President Greg Travis. "It's truly amazing that we can reach millions of people with this new service, and it was important to us that we could offer artists the same broadcast-quality video we use for network television shows. DownCast is a great new way to personalize the introduction of a new album or tour, and the artists retain ownership of all the content."

AristoVideo, the veteran video promotion department of The AristoMedia Group, handles the distribution duties in the agreement. Travis Television Productions is responsible for creating and producing the content, which includes electronic and digital press kits, video news releases, video profiles and a diverse variety of Internet streaming material. The two Nashville-based companies have a combined 45 years of experience creating, promoting and distributing professional video content.

The DownCast service operates through a customized distribution application developed and managed by AristoWorks, The AristoMedia Group's new media marketing and development department. The service's extensive database is compiled from resources provided by the various departments within the company, including Aristo PR (publicity), AristoVideo and AristoVision (video promotion), AristoWorks (new media), Marco Promotions (secondary radio promotion) and Marco Club Connection (dance club promotion).

Gatlin Brothers Debut new song on Huckabee

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
JUNE 23, 2009

Larry Gatlin & The Gatlin Brothers Return With "Johnny Cash is Dead (And His House Burned Down)" and Debut on Fox TV’s Huckabee This Weekend

(Nashville, TN) - “Johnny Cash Is Dead (And His House Burned Down)” is a rip-roaring hosanna to the Man in Black. This isn’t a song you can describe in a press release. This is a song you cue up, turn up and rip the knobs off and throw them out the window! And you do this TODAY, as this historic and controversial single goes to radio. For a TV taste of this tune, THIS Saturday June 27, 2009 on Fox TV, Larry Gatlin and The Gatlin Brothers debut the track on Governor Mike Huckabee’s TV show, Huckabee at 8 PM EST.

After 17 years away from the bright lights of Nashville’s Music Row, Larry Gatlin and The Gatlin Brothers return to radio with a blistering country single on Curb Records, “Johnny Cash is Dead and His House Burned Down.”

There have been many great voices in country music and one golden one: Larry Gatlin. His bell-like tones are works of art in themselves, quite apart from the lyrics they illuminate. Of course, Gatlin is equally distinguished as a songwriter. Of the 42 songs he charted between 1973 and 1990, including 17 Top 10s and the Grammy-winning "Broken Lady," he single-handedly wrote every one, an achievement unmatched by any other artist in popular music.

Country Thunder USA Festival

COUNTRY THUNDER USA FESTIVAL JULY 15-18 TO BE SHOWCASED ON GREAT AMERICAN COUNTRY TELEVISION

Neal McCoy and newcomers KingBilly and Gloriana added to the lineup this week; New festival ownership preparing the grounds for a completely retooled weekend country music party

(Nashville, TN) – The 17th Annual Country Thunder USA festival, held in Twin Lakes, Wisconsin July 15-18, 2009 will be showcased on Great American Country television network. GAC festival hostess SUZANNE ALEXANDER will be filming from the festival grounds - visiting with country music stars and their fans for GAC Nights and GAC’s Top 20 Country Countdown. (Actual airdates / times TBD)

Also announced today are three ‘new’ performers – superstar Neal McCoy will play for a full 90 minutes Friday night in the all-ages Howlin’ Coyote Dance Hall following Alan Jackson’s main stage performance. Newcomers Gloriana and GAC’s web series stars KingBilly will also entertain. KingBilly is scheduled for 10:30pm Wednesday, Gloriana at 10:30pm Thursday.

“We’re so excited to be partnered with such a great country television network. We couldn’t be happier – having GAC on-hand to celebrate the weekend with us… and with the great lineup. Adding Neal McCoy will make Friday night a huge party – and he puts on an incredible show. We’ve made a lot of changes this year – from traffic routing, to a less-cluttered festival ‘bowl’ area, more vendors, cheaper concessions and keeping the price low,” said festival Executive Producer Brian Andrews.

General Admission ticketholders will get closer access to the stage – as VIP and reserved seating areas have been reduced to allow for those who cannot afford those seats to get up, close and personal to their favorite performers with their four-day general admission pass.
