ABOUT JUSTIN MOORE

Born and raised in Poyen, Arkansas (Pop. 272), Southern Country Stylist Justin Moore embodies the soul and character of a kid from a small town in both life and in music with his tough-talking, straight-shooting brand of Country music.

His new single, “Small Town USA,” rises into Billboard’s Top 35 this week. The music video for “Small Town USA” was shot in Moore’s own hometown of Poyen, Arkansas, and features multiple generations of his family – from both of Moore’s grandfathers to his young cousins. His single, “Back That Thing Up,” was a Top 40 hit.

Moore has been chosen by Clear Channel as the radio giant’s NEW! Featured Artist for the month of May. As part of the program exposing new artists with the biggest potential to break through, Clear Channel will prominently feature Moore along with five tracks from his upcoming debut album across their network, including homepage placement on all country station websites during the month.
Moore has toured with Country superstar Trace Adkins as well as with Rock and Roll Hall of Fame members Lynyrd Skynyrd and Country music icon Hank Williams, Jr. He recently opened for superstars Brooks & Dunn and ZZ Top.

Moore has been featured in People magazine’s Country issue, was named one of Country Weekly’s “Who’s Hot in 2008,” has been featured on CMT, GAC and has been profiled in R&R, Country Aircheck and on NBC-affiliate WSMV’s Better Nashville.
